Lifelong Learning Practice helps organisations design practical, scalable approaches to learning, recognition and skills development.
I work with universities, training providers, professional bodies, government agencies, industry groups and community organisations to move from strategy to implementation. Services can be delivered as advisory support, project-based consulting, workshops, audits or capability-building programs.
“Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.”
Henry Ford

Digital credential audit
A review of your badges, metadata, evidence and learner experience, with recommendations to strengthen trust and usability.

Microcredential strategy
Practical strategies, governance models and implementation plans for microcredentials that are clear, credible and sustainable.
Skills literacy
Frameworks, resources and activities that help learners recognise, evidence and communicate their skills with confidence.
Workshops and facilitation
Practical sessions that help teams and stakeholders make sense of microcredentials, badges, skills and recognition.
Learner pathways
Journey maps and pathway models that connect learning, recognition, credit and progression.
Projects
My work spans strategy, frameworks, implementation support, course design, digital credentials and sector engagement. These projects reflect a practical commitment to making lifelong learning more visible, portable and trusted.
Commonwealth of Learning
I have worked with the Commonwealth of Learning on microcredential frameworks, quality assurance and implementation guidance for post-secondary education systems.
This work supports institutions, governments and agencies to develop microcredential approaches that are clear, credible, interoperable and fit for local context. It includes a focus on quality standards, policy development, stakeholder engagement and practical implementation.
Badge Sandpit
The Badge Sandpit is a hands-on space for exploring digital credentials, badges, wallets, learner employment records and skills recognition tools.
It is designed to be playful, low-pressure and practical. Rather than only talking about digital credentials, participants can try tools, complete challenges, earn badges and reflect on what makes credentials useful and trusted.
The Badge Sandpit supports educators, workforce leaders, technology providers and recognition practitioners to learn by doing.
FutureLearn courses
I design and facilitate online learning experiences that help educators and organisations build skills literacy and recognition capability.
My FutureLearn courses focus on practical ways to help learners recognise, articulate and evidence their skills. They connect learning design, employability, digital recognition and lifelong learning.
Microcredential frameworks and quality assurance
I work with organisations and systems to design microcredential frameworks that are credible, practical and aligned with broader recognition goals.
This includes defining standards, approval processes, metadata requirements, evidence expectations, stackability principles and implementation pathways.
ePIC APAC: Unlocking Human Potential
I am part of the organising committee for ePIC APAC 2026, a regional summit focused on open recognition, microcredentials and lifelong learning.
The summit explores how recognition can support equity, inclusion, workforce transformation, policy reform and life-wide learning across the Asia-Pacific region.

Ready to make learning and skills more visible?
Microcredentials, badges and skills recognition can get messy quickly. I can help you cut through the noise, make sense of the options and design something that people can actually use.
